We have this beautiful relationship for four years...we made plans to together....set a wedding plan after graduation. We loved each other....In my heart until this day I know I am his great love. Until one day he was fired by his boss in the company where he worked because of his anger and humiliation he went in drinking spree in a bar. He slept with a 16 year old girl and a day after, the parents of the girl forced him to marry her or else a case they will file a RAPE CASE if he will not live with her . Because they cannot marry at that time because she was only 16. He went in our house to explain to me what happened along with his parents. For the parents of the girl have already filed the complaint in legal office . He was crying , asking for forgiveness. He said that I am the woman that he wanted to spend the rest of his life..his great love and he will never ever love her. That time I let him go for the fear that he will thrown in jail. He was forced to live with the girl. All these years I saw how he changed from a happy and responsible man to a sad and hopeless man . His friends told me , our common friends told me how he wasted his life drinking and going out because he hates his life . He doesn't stay home. After 20 years the pain is still here..but God is good to me..I was able to built a life after that but each day I strive hard to improve myself , to show him strong I have become and how beautiful. I already have a family of my own..a husband ..but still the pain and beautiful memories will always remain. He still search for me his friends says..he still sends flowers at our ancestral house on my birthdays. He still visits my family in the Philippines. A great manifestation that I am still in his heart. Some love stories dont have happy endings but they leave to us a great lessons..
