		<description>I strongly feel that the mode we use to change our constitution should be through a people&#039;s initiative. I state this to correct the treachery done to us by the authors of Article XVII-Amendments and Revisions-of the &#039;87 constitution. If we agree that according to our politicians there is a distinction between the words &quot;amendment&quot; and &quot;revision&quot; when it comes to changing our constitution, then we deserve being treated like a country of fools.</description>

Launch a revolution, install a new person or persons in power, and if we&#039;re still living with the same culture (and, ergo, economic and political system) then things will stay the same. What I believe in is a cultural revolution.</description>
