		<description>This is so similar to when Spain ruled over the Philippines. Their rules were set in place to be followed and not questioned. This is what the bishops want, people to follow without question. And when the point comes to condoms, its a concern for health and religion should not have an effect on that. I am sorry if people who read this are Catholic, which is likely, but I just do not think it is that big of a deal. </description>
